BIS is dedicated to your satisfaction—so we've developed a way to submit both open feedback and anonymous interpreter feedback. You have three choices:

1. Fill out the online Consumer Feedback Form
2. Download the short version of the "Interpreter Performance Assessment" in MS Word format. Complete it and send to BIS, "Attention: Client Comment."*
3. Download the long version of the "Interpreter Performance Assessment" in MS Word format. Complete it and send to BIS, "Attention: Client Comment."*
